If you are interested in selling our products, then this is the level for you. At this level, you may buy our products wholesale from us and:
a. Sell Bookstore items (books and DVD’s)
b. Sell Garden Store items. (soil, kits, and accessories)
The Square Foot Gardening Foundation will support your efforts by:
1. Supplying you with special wholesale pricing on all our products
2. Providing you with media images and sales advice.
As a nonprofit foundation, the SFG foundation covers our expenses by donations and sales of products. There is a minimum number of each item in order to purchase wholesale
Requirements:
1. Read, Fill out and sign the contract at the end of this agreement.
2. You must provide us a copy of appropriate business licenses for your area, or proof that you do not need a license to do business.

All prices are listed on our website. These are Cash or Check prices. For Credit Card or paypal payments, please add 5%.Please include a one time only $ 4.95 processing fee for each new order.
Method of Ordering:
You may place your order by phone or mailing it in. You may pay for your order via Check, Cash or Paypal. Please contact the SFG foundation at 1-877-828-1188 or 1-801-782-4559 or by email at order@squarefootgardening.com for more information
OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ORDERS IS PAYPAL WITH A CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS. Therefore you must make sure you confirm your address through PayPal before we will honor any order. It is preferable that you DO NOT order by email as there is a greater chance of us not getting the email if it goes to spam. If you still want to try this method, make sure you request a “read receipt” to be positive we did get and READ your email.
WE DO NOT BACKORDER ORDERS, IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS DEEMED OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR A “HOLD UNTIL REPLENISHED” OR “CANCEL THE ITEM” STATUS. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THAT ITEM IF IT IS CANCELED.
Payment:
For wholesale accounts, payment is due in full at the time of order. PayPal with a confirmed shipping address is the only acceptable form of payment for international orders.
Shipping and Timely Delivery: Please call ahead
A great majority of our wholesale orders will be “made-to-order,” especially those in bulk quantities. We do not stock a huge quantity. For this reason, you must allow 1-2 weeks for production time and availability of necessary materials to process your order. If this time frame is unacceptable and you need your order RUSHED, there will be a $35.00 fee for rushing your order (this will still require 2 days production time). This will also only be possible if the proper materials are on hand to complete your order. Therefore, it is best to plan ahead to enable us to meet your needs.
The Square Foot Gardening Foundation will not be responsible for damage to international orders that are gone through by your country’s customs department. In this agreement, you agree NOT TO hold The Square Foot Gardening Foundation responsible for damage in shipping.
Order Cancellations:
If after you place your order and the production has already started being assembled, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee on any items started or completed.
Returns: Please call ahead
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 1-877-828-1188 toll free for authorization. Be sure to have the reason for the return. All returns must be sent back in appropriate packing material and protected from breakage. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in good condition when we receive them back. All merchandise purchased under this agreement must be inspected when received and buyer has up to 14 days to notify us of any damaged or deficient items that need to be returned. If the damage is not discovered until after the 14 days but obviously occurred before that time, we should be notified immediately to work out a reasonable settlement. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Termination of Agreement:
The Square Foot Gardening Foundation reserves the right to cancel any wholesale agreement at any time.
